We’re Hiring An Assistant: All Things Marketing
About the Role:
You'll work closely with me, Jessica, the founder of StoryWell Marketing, and help manage over 16+ clients across diverse niches.
Your role will involve crafting engaging content for our social media channels, including our mastermind society "In Great Company" and our upcoming podcast, "It's Not About the Hustle."
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage monthly content calendars for our clients (lot’s of emails, collecting information, and ensuring we have assets for our client’s socials).
Write draft captions and help with graphics and videos (including IG Reels & TikToks).
Manage client relationships, ensuring timely approvals, revisions, and postings.
Attend photoshoots and events, capturing content for social media.
Assist in research for our digital brand strategies (you’ll be using ChatGPT a lot, and Google).
Handle administrative tasks like managing the front-desk inbox, scheduling meetings, and other personal assistant duties.
About You:
You have a love for storytelling, you love to talk, you’re curious about people, and cultures.
A keen eye for aesthetics ensures that photography and graphics are always on brand.
Strong communication skills, both online and offline, are a must.
You're a natural problem solver, always seeking the most effective ways to deliver your work.
You thrive in a dynamic environment and are excited about joining a growing organization.
You're an independent worker with a track record of completing tasks efficiently and on time.
1-3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but recent graduates with relevant skills are welcome!
Based on the Sunshine Coast, preferably in Sechelt, with a reliable vehicle and driver’s license.
Proficient in Canva, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and familiar with tools like Slack and Asana.
The Details:
This is a part-time role, starting at 15-20 hours per week, with at least 3 days in the office and some virtual work.
The starting wage is $18/hour, with plenty of room for growth and expansion.
