where it starts

Discovery Form

Everything starts with filling out our Discovery Form and booking a 30-min, 1:1 Discovery Call. The form allows us to get a big picture overview of your business. Our calls are a “get to know you,” which we follow up on with a 15-min call to present to you our personalized proposal!

 
 

kicking off your project

Paperwork

Once you've accepted our proposal, we kick things off with your Service Agreement and Statement of Work. We sign off in DocuSign and send our first retainer invoice to initiate the set-up month and intake forms… which we call "homework" (We're good teachers. We promise.)

Access & Assets

Once your homework is handed in, we’ll request admin access to the accounts needed to complete your deliverables. We will also collect brand assets, such as logos and photography, that will enable us to deliver pitch-perfect content.

 
 

creative and deadlines

Deliverables

While we collect your access and assets, the Collective will start to dive into your deliverables (and book your onboarding call!) This is the phase where we’ll review your homework, ensure that all deliverables and deadlines are clearly outlined, and then get started. It will generally take us two to three weeks before you see the first drafts of your deliverables. This timeline will vary depending on feedback and/or delays.

Launch

No matter what type of deliverable we’re presenting, final proofs are submitted to you for review – only once we receive your full approval we launch them!

  • If signed on for a project, all your assets and final proofs will be packaged and delivered to you once your invoice has been paid.

  • If you signed on for a retainer, your services would continue month-to-month, with invoices billed on the 1st of each month. All of our retainers include a monthly client call and a report of your results.
